Lee Rickaway joined the ministerial staff of Duncanville’s First Baptist in 1997. Previously, he served at Colonial Hills Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, First Baptist Church Old Ocean and First Baptist Brazoria.

With a heart for discipleship and gifts in outreach and administration, Lee is an invaluable part of the church's ministry team. He holds the MDiv degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (1988) and the BBA degree in Accounting from Texas A&M (1976).

Lee is married to Linnell and has two grown sons. He enjoys his early morning walking ritual and woodworking.
